At the beginning of 2020, I started a joint creation project with friends of mine who experienced homelessness near my house in Nice, France. Through the work, I invited them to use mobile phones to record videos and take pictures with disposable cameras of their day to day experiences. I sketched these persons and sketched other subjects in their presence, and edited their videos. As a photography creator, in this work, I deliberately put aside the original creative form (centered around a photographer, and who or what is photographed), and tried to find new possibilities for cooperation. My intent was to subvert the power relationship before and after the lens, decentralize the relationship between photographer and who or what is photographed, and most importantly, return the right to speak to the silent people. Collectively, we also used painting, alongside photography and video to exchange perspectives, depicting the days and nights when people try to come to Europe to realize their dreams but are homeless and desperate.

Début 2020, j'ai commencé un projet de création en collaboration avec des amis qui ont vécu sans-abri près de chez moi à Nice, en France. À travers le travail, je les ai invités à utiliser des téléphones portables pour enregistrer des vidéos et prendre des photos avec des appareils photo jetables de leurs expériences quotidiennes. J'ai dessiné devant eux et édité des vidéos qu'ils avaient pris. En tant que photographe documentaire pendant plusieurs années, dans ce travail, j'ai délibérément mis de côté la forme créative habituelle, en essayant de trouver de nouvelles possibilités de collaborations. Mon intention était de subvertir la relation de pouvoir devant et derrière l'objectif, de décentraliser la relation entre le photographe et le sujet photographié, et surtout, de rendre le droit de parler aux personnes silencieuses. Collectivement, nous nous sommés échangés nos points de vue en décrivant les jours et les nuits où ces gens essaient de venir en Europe pour réaliser leurs rêves, mais finalement sans abri et dans un grand désespoir.

2020年初，我與尼斯住家附近的街友們展開了共同創作計畫。在作品中我邀請他們用手機錄影，以拋棄式相機拍照，我則在他們身邊寫生，並為影片做剪接整理。作為攝影創作者，在這件作品中我有意地放下原有的創作形式，試圖尋找新的合作可能，顛覆鏡頭前後權力關係，把發聲權歸還給無聲的人們。集體地，我們用繪畫、攝影及錄像，交換視野，描繪人們試圖到歐洲圓夢卻無家可歸，走投無路的日日夜夜。
