“Lost in the Clouds“, the name he gave himself for the online video game. 34-year-old Lin Kundian comes from a family living in Chiayi. It's a family with five members who all, except the mother, suffer from schizophrenia. Before elementary school, Lin Kundian lived a happy life. After junior high school, he gradually developed a mental disorder. One day, in the second year of junior high school, he accidentally shit his pants in front of the whole class due to pressure. His father and elder brother, who suffer from mental disorders, have been violent to him for a long time, so it's been a long time that he has suffered from stuttering due to mental stress.
After graduating from high school, he decided to escape from his panic-stricken home to join the army. However, due to stuttering, he was repeatedly bullied in the army. He also had hallucinations, and thought of jumping off a building. And his short military career ended at the moment when he attempted to commit suicide by jumping off a building. He didn't die, and he ended up entering a psychiatric hospital. With the encouragement and the support of his uncle, he stabilized, and gradually regained the motivation to live, even deciding to find strength in order that one day he can help the other family members. Ten years have passed since the year he jumped off the building.
Today, he works in the pharmacy of a large hospital, and on the weekend he plays football with other psychiatric patients as a way to heal his mental illness. As if it was a way to escape from reality, Kundian spends a lot of time watching live videos of other people playing online games every day. He couldn't play by himself because his hands kept shaking after taking medicine for the psychological disease. People always say that he looks normal, not like a mental patient at all. But with the heavy past, the body that jumped off the building, and even though he has already taken steps to create a life different from the past, he still can't get rid of the deep dark part of his heart and the sadness that no one understands. This work is produced in a collaborative approach combining Chia HUANG's photography and Kundian LIN's writing and illustration. It seeks to get rid of the deep dark part of his heart and the sadness that no one understands.

Kuandian LIN, ou « Lost in the Clouds », le nom qu'il s'est donné dans le jeu vidéo en ligne, a 34 ans, venant d'une famille vivant à Chiayi, de 5 membres sauf la mère, tous souffrent de schizophrénie. Avant l'école primaire, ils avaient une vie heureuse. Après, ils sont progressivement atteint de maladies mentales. Un jour, en deuxième année de collège, il a accidentellement déféqué dans son pantalon devant toute la classe à cause de son stress. Son père et son frère aîné, qui souffrent de la maladie mentale eux aussi, ont longtemps été violents avec lui. Il souffre aussi de bégaiements dû au stress.
Après avoir obtenu son diplôme d'études secondaires, il décide de s'échapper de chez lui qui lui fait énormément de peur en rejoignant l'armée. Cependant, en raison de son bégaiement, il a été victime de discriminations à plusieurs reprises et a eu des hallucinations qui lui ont fait penser sauter d'un immeuble. Enfin, cette courte carrière militaire s'achève au moment où il tentera de se suicider en sautant d'un immeuble. Fortement blessé, il est entré dans un hôpital psychiatrique. Avec le soutien de son oncle, il se stabilisait petit à petit et retrouvait l'envie de continuer à vivre. Dix ans se sont écoulés depuis l'année de cette tentative loupée.
Aujourd'hui, il travaille dans une pharmacie d'un grand hôpital en weekend, puis joue au football. Comme si c'était un moyen d'échapper de la réalité, Kundian passe toujours beaucoup de temps à regarder des vidéos en direct d'autres personnes jouant à des jeux en ligne. Il ne peut pas jouer lui-même car ses mains tremblent à la suite de son traitement médicamenteux contre sa maladie. Les gens disent toujours qu'il a l'air normal, car tout semble normal grâce au soins qu'il reçoit, après sa tentative de suicide, Il a pris les mesures pour avoir une vie différente, mais il ne peut toujours pas se débarrasser de cette dépression qui l'encombre. Dépression d'ailleurs que personne ne comprend. Ce travail est produit avec l'approche collaborative combinante la photographie de Chia HUANG et l'écriture et l'illustration de Kundian LIN.

「雲深不知處」是他為自己取的代號，這代號只用在他日夜觀賞的遊戲實況平台上。34歲的林坤典來自嘉義一個一家五口，除了媽媽都患思覺失調的家庭。國小前，他過著快樂的生活，國中後漸漸有了精神狀況，曾在國二某天不小心因壓力，當全班面拉在褲上，從此被恥笑為屎伯，因恥辱拒學。患有思覺失調的爸爸和哥哥長期對坤典施暴，他因為精神壓力罹患口吃，不願待在家，高中畢業後決定以當兵為由逃離讓他恐慌的家。然而因口吃，坤典在軍中屢遭霸凌，並出現幻覺，心生跳樓念頭。最後這短短的軍旅生涯，在他跳樓自殺的那刻告終。自殺未遂，他住進急性精神病房，病況穩定後，在舅舅支持下才逐漸找回活下去的動力，並決定一定要把自己愛回來，才有力量幫忙家裡其他人。跳樓那年到現在，十年已過，今天的他平日在大醫院的藥房上班，假日上球場踢球，有著穩定的生活，表面看似光亮，心裏卻仍積存萬般憂鬱。彷彿是一種逃離現實的方法，坤典每天花大量時間觀賞別人打線上遊戲實況錄影，沒辦法自己打，因為吃藥後手抖個不停。人們總說他看起來很正常，一點都不像精神病患，然而那太沈重的過往、跳樓跳壞的身體，即便早已邁開腳步創造不同於以往的生活，卻仍始終擺脫不了心底那深層又無人了解的哀傷。
